Elle Rahman-Collins brings a breadth of experience beyond real estate. She’s a serial entrepreneur and has lead many individuals, businesses and their owners to financial success and community impact.

Elle has built a reputation of creating wealth for others, using various asset classes, leverage and/or strategy to reach financial goals, with the vision to leave a legacy of impact; and believes that all people have a fundamental right to accessibility of the intersection of health/wellness and wealth – and so champions improving lives through Real Estate.

She currently operates #ElleSellsPDX where she and her team serve clients directly and guides them through the home buying/selling process whether they are first time home buyers/sellers, seasoned buyers/sellers, investors, business ventures or involved with the luxury real estate market throughout the Portland Metro area. She is an educator for first-time home buyer advocate programs; an educator for the State of Oregon – DHS/BEST; a frequent guest speaker at various private groups, state and national organizations; a liaison for grant organizations and helps map out creative pathways for client end goals.

Born and raised in London, Elle grew up involved with the housing and health restoration of displaced asylum seekers from Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, Bosnia, Vietnam and Bangladesh. From a very young age, Elle was exposed to global philanthropic giving and doing; she has spent 20 years developing a history serving others and engaging in aid work with various worldwide organizations, involving humanitarian aid, health/wellness and sustainability projects, both hands-on and management work, including leadership and mentorship programs.  In this time, Elle was involved in government/politics, real estate development and business development work building/expanding medical clinics, hospitals and schools globally, as well as a multiyear term in Kenya working with organizations to convert orphanages to education and health facilities for the surrounding communities.

Having graduated high school at age 15 and with familial history/influence to pursue medical school at Cambridge University, Elle chose to reject the orthodox and disrupt the status quo to trail blaze her own way, pursuing non-traditional/unorthodox studies in Physics/STEM Sciences. Graduating college at 17, and having worked with the likes of JPL and NASA, Elle originally moved to the US to study Nuclear Reactor Theory at Reed College, and pursue graduate school in Quantum Physics/STEM Sciences. Mentored/hired by Yale Professor, Elle joined the founders team of a bicoastal Artificial Intelligence Commodities Hedge Fund to manage R&D/legal compliance/operations, raise assets and educate investors; later moving to advise on Real Estate as an asset class and vehicle to grow generational wealth.

Being the only female in a sophisticated money management firm, she queried why females and minorities were so underrepresented and financially illiterate agnostic of level of education and most importantly, how to cure this. With this strong desire to address the disconnect, Elle collaborated with local and national organizations to build a network of professionals for education on creating wealth through Real Estate and providing resources to increase financial literacy through direct community outreach.
